Do you have a passion for helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Support Operator to join our team at Lumier Dynamics! As a Customer Support Operator, you’ll manage player deposits and withdrawals, provide support to our Customer Service team, and ensure the smooth flow of payment operations. This role is office-based, with rotating shifts and the opportunity to make a direct impact on our player experience.

Your responsibilities:As our Customer Support Operator, you’ll:

Process Payments:

  • Join the team to manually process player withdrawals and support manual deposits as needed.

Assist Customer Service:

  • Help Customer Service agents troubleshoot and resolve payment-related issues quickly and efficiently.

Stay Adaptable:

  • Learn new tasks and processes as you grow in the role and adapt to changing requirements in the Payment Department.

Team and Work Structure:

  • Team Composition: Join a friendly and efficient team composed of Customer Support Admin and Coordinators, providing a supportive and positive work environment.
  • Shift Flexibility: Work across three rotating shifts – Morning (7am – 3pm), Afternoon shift (3pm – 11pm), and Night shifts (11pm – 7am), ensuring variety and flexibility in your work schedule.
  • Work Schedule: Enjoy a balanced work-life schedule with 5 working days per week, including weekends, and two days off. Embrace the flexibility of a non-traditional Monday-to-Friday routine.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, with a good knowledge of English (both verbal and written).
  • The ability to work independently and remain professional under pressure.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Ability to work full-time, in-office, in Sarajevo.

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in similar roles. 
  • Experience in the iGaming industry or payment processing.

Customer Support Administrator (m/f)

In this role, you’ll maintain accurate records of setups and related details, write reports, support our Customer Service team, and ensure smooth operations. This position is office-based, Monday to Friday during standard office hours, with the opportunity to directly impact our player experience.



Your Responsibilities:


Reporting:

  • Handle regular weekly maintenance reporting and keep the team updated on important developments.

Administrative Assistance:

  • Provide support to senior team members with various tasks.
  • Manage the database

Assist Customer Service:

  • Support Customer Service agents in troubleshooting and efficiently resolving payment-related issues.

Stay Adaptable:

  • Embrace new tasks and processes as you develop in the role and adapt to changing Payment Department requirements.
